Lighting, sound and atmosphere for a company party
A staff party in a raw warehouse, transformed into a warm celebration space with atmospheric lighting, a full sound system and subtle effects.
A bare industrial space with plenty of echo and little atmosphere. The party had to start cosy and build towards a packed dance floor.
We proposed a lighting plan that dresses the space warmly and moves with the evening, plus a sound set that handles speech during the toast as well as music on the dance floor.
Uplights along the walls, moving heads above the dance floor, a powerful sound system with subwoofers and a smoke machine for depth in the light show.
Built and tested during the day, then operated in the evening by a technician who matched lighting and sound to the energy of the room.
The warehouse felt festive from the start, the speech was clearly audible and the dance floor stayed full until the end.
