At a corporate event you can use illuminated letters to put a brand name, a year or a campaign keyword physically into the space, so visitors naturally take a photo beside it and share it. The number of letters and the space needed depend on the word or number and the dimensions of the venue, and we make that assessment beforehand based on the location.

Lighting, DMX and control

Some letters give a fixed warm glow and work the moment you switch them on. If you want a colour that ties in with your theme or moves with the rest of the evening, we light the letters with LED fixtures controlled via DMX, the standard for lighting control. On the day itself we place the letters, connect the power and, where needed, the control, and test everything in the space as it stands during the event. A few things determine whether illuminated letters really work. First, the background: against a busy or brightly lit wall they stand out less than against a calm or dark backdrop. That is why we look at the spot where they will stand beforehand. Second, the daylight: at a daytime event or in a room with lots of glass, letters with a soft glow have less effect, so we choose a version or lighting that stands out even with more ambient light.

The walkway is another point to consider. Because guests like to stand in front of the letters, there needs to be room to pose without causing a bottleneck or people bumping into the setup. Power and cables deserve attention too: the connection must be safe and the cables neatly tidied away, especially where lots of guests walk or dance. Combining with other disciplines

Illuminated letters look their best as part of a larger whole.
