Complete AV production for a conference with multiple speakers: clear room sound, a large projected image and a well-dressed stage.
A hall with lots of glass and a high ceiling, which caused speech to drop off quickly. The organisation wanted every speaker to remain intelligible all the way to the back and the presentations to be easy to read everywhere.
We advised a line array for even coverage, wireless microphones for the speakers and the host, and a large projection screen matched to the viewing distance of the back row.

Setup and sound check in the morning, presentations checked technically in advance, and a sound engineer who monitored the mix throughout the whole programme.
Every speaker was easy to follow everywhere, the presentations came across sharply on screen and the programme ran without any technical interruptions.
