HuurAV works from its home base at the Zeeburgerpad in Amsterdam and is usually on site in Landsmeer, Den Ilp or Purmerland within a little under half an hour. Most celebrations combine several elements into a whole. For speech and music we provide the sound with compact speaker sets or line array, wireless microphones and monitoring, tuned to the scale of the hall or the outdoor area. For atmosphere we place lighting: warm uplighting along the walls, spots on a small stage and moving lights above the dance floor. With video it is about large screens or projection for a photo presentation, a speech or footage of the evening. As a highlight we deploy targeted special effects, such as low fog or confetti at the opening of the dance floor or the anniversary moment. For gatherings with guests joining remotely, we link the venue technology to a livestream.

Accessibility and setup from Amsterdam

The connection is short and straightforward. From the Zeeburgerpad we drive via the ring road and the IJtunnel towards Amsterdam-Noord and on into the village. In the planning we account for rush hour around the tunnel and for the narrower village streets and ribbons, which sometimes call for a separate loading and unloading arrangement. On site, our technicians handle the complete setup, the cable routing and the technical check, the operation during the party and the breakdown afterwards, leaving the space tidy.
