An anniversary party celebrating a company milestone, with a live band, crystal-clear room sound and warm atmospheric lighting that underlined the festive character.
An evening that had to honour the past while looking ahead. Speeches, a live band and a dance floor each called for a different sound and lighting mood, without the option to keep rebuilding between them.
We advised a single sound setup that switches effortlessly between speech and live band, combined with a lighting plan in warm tones that shifts colour subtly per programme block.
A complete stage sound system with monitoring for the band, complemented by atmospheric lighting in gold and amber, uplights along the walls and accent spots on the anniversary set.
The band had a soundcheck in the afternoon, after which a technician kept the balance during the evening between speeches, performances and background music at dinner.
The live band sounded full and warm, the speeches came across clearly and the room was bathed all evening in a festive glow that fitted the anniversary perfectly.
